RETURNS
DAMAGED GOODS
When you return a Product to us because you claim that the Product is defective or damaged, we will examine the returned Product and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund for the defective Product. Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you. We will also refund the costs you incur in sending the Products back to us by 1st class post, but if you choose to send them recorded delivery the extra costs of that will be borne by you.
We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
UNWANTED ITEMS
Products are not offered on a sale or return basis, however, Unwanted items can be return by you up to 14 days post purchase. Packaging must be intact and in its original (factory) condition ie as new, unused, unopened and in re-saleable condition.
Process for returning Damaged and unwanted items
If you wish to return products as either unwanted or damaged you must first notify us by email providing details and copies of any receipts or online acknowledgements provided by us. Returned products cannot be accepted and refunded unless you have received notification by email that you can do so. Once we have reviewed your request and authorised the return please return products within 7 days to the following address
